Delivery at TAFE could consist of face-to-face classes, skills workshops or short one-on-one or small group meetings, after being released from the workplace by employers. Trainees work in an accredited residential care facility or in a hospital often one day per week or by negotiation between student and employer.
A training plan will be negotiated between TAFE Queensland South West, the employer and the student. You will be expected to show progression of workplace hours and completion of written assessment throughout the duration of the course.
